Curcumin played an anti-cancer role in colorectal cancer via mediating circ_KIAA1199-related regulatory axis

چکیده
Curcumin has been found to have anti-cancer role in many cancer, including colorectal cancer (CRC). However, it is not clear whether curcumin can be involved CRC progression by mediating the circRNA regulatory axis. inhibited proliferation, migration, invasion, and promoted apoptosis of cells. Circ_KIAA1199 was an upregulated CRC, its overexpression could reverse negative regulation on progression. MiR-433-3p sponged circ_KIAA1199, mimic abolished circ_KIAA1199 curcumin-treated ADAM10 a target miR-433-3p expression regulated curcumin. The suppressive effect inhibitor cells reversed silencing. Also, reduced tumor growth regulating circ_KIAA1199/miR-433-3p/ADAM10 axis vivo. Our data showed that restrain progression, which achieved through pathway.

Regulatory T Cells in Colorectal Cancer
One of the essential protection mechanisms of immune system is Treg cells which play an important role in maintenance ofimmune homeostasis. However, they may also inhibit immune functions against tumor cells. It has been reported that Treg cellsare increased in patients suffering from different types of cancer. Increased number of Treg cells has been shown in tumor lymphnodes, peripheral blood,...
متن کاملPromoter hypermethylation of KLOTHO; an anti-senescence related gene in colorectal cancer patients of Kashmir valley
Hypermethylation of CpG islands located in the promoter regions of genes is a major event in the development of the majority of cancer types, due to the subsequent aberrant silencing of important tumor suppressor genes. KLOTHO; a novel gene associated primarily with suppressing senescence has been shown to contribute to tumorigenesis as a result of its impaired function. Recently the relevance ...
متن کاملRole of Molecular Biomarkers in Colorectal Cancer
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is amongst the most widespread cancers and is a most common cause of cancer associated mortality universally. Since previous decades, it has been cleared that CRC develops owing to the buildup of a series of genetic and epigenetic changes in the normal colonic epithelium. Regardless of the current development in surgery and therapies, overall survival of end stage CRC pa...

متن کاملImprovement of cancer related fatigue in breast and colorectal cancer patients taking part in mindfulness based stress reduction
Abstract Object: one of the most common and disruptive symptoms experienced by cancer survivors is cancer related fatigue. This symptom can persist many years after cancer diagnosis, leading to reduced performance, quality of life, and significant socioeconomic outcomes. Therefore, the aim of this study is to answer the question of whether mindfulness –based stress reduction on cancer related f...
